Income-producing properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places are eligible to receive a tax credit for as much as 45% of qualified rehabilitation expenses through state and federal incentive programs.
This workshop is for anyone who is new to historic tax credit concepts and those who want a refresher on the foundational concepts. Building owners, real estate developers, investors, attorneys, consultants, city officials, and organizations focused on economic development and community revitalization are encouraged to attend.
