John Egan, Senior Vice President, Loans & Investments, CEI
John is responsible for oversight of CEI’s Loans & Investments group and loan production. In addition, he leads CEI Housing as it achieves its mission to provide multifamily and ownership units in the CEI marketplace. John has been working in housing development since 1986, mostly at the community level with nonprofit agencies, as both a developer and manager of a variety of multi-family projects and special needs housing. Prior to CEI, John worked as Manager of Multi-Family Programs at Maine State Housing Authority.
Greg Paxton, Executive Director, Maine Preservation
Greg joined Maine Preservation in 2008. He serves on the Maine Downtown Center Advisory Council and was formerly on the Board of Directors of CEI Capital Management LLC. He has overseen development of three reports evaluating the impact of the historic tax credits in Maine. Greg has more than 40 years’ experience in historic preservation including as a former Trustee of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Anne Ball, Program Director, Maine Development Foundation
Anne serves as the Program Director of Maine Downtown Center and Statewide Coordinator for Maine's National Main Street Program. Ball has been heavily involved in the success of the Healthy Maine Streets Program, Grants to Green, and Making Headway in Your Community.
